Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7–14 days from the date of delivery, depending on the product type.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals included.
- Certain categories may have different return windows :
- Mobiles, Laptops, Electronics: 7 days (if unopened or defective).
- Beauty & Personal Care: Not returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.
- Clothing, Fashion, Accessories: 14 days (unused and with original tags).
- Home Appliances: 7 days (unopened, or if defective).
- Digital Products & Subscriptions: Non-refundable once delivered/activated.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are opened and used (unless defective).
- Health, hygiene, and personal care products.
- Perishable goods (food, beverages, supplements).
- Gift cards, digital codes, and downloadable software.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
- All refunds are issued exclusively through bank transfer. Regardless of the original payment method (card, wallet, or cash on delivery), the refund amount will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.
Defective or Wrong Item
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
