- Perishable goods (food, beverages, supplements).
- Gift cards, digital codes, and downloadable software.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (card, wallet, or COD refund via bank transfer).
